I am seeking an experienced OEM/ODM partner to develop a functional prototype of a bone conduction headphone system. The device must be fully sealed, waterproof for immersion up to 2-3 meters, and operate reliably in temperatures from 20°C to 60°C, while resisting chlorine, humidity, and cleaning agents. It requires 32GB internal storage with MP3 support for offline playback, a simple single-button interface for power, play/pause, and track control, and magnetic or contact-based charging via a docking station. The goal is to validate the prototype for real-world testing, with potential for pilot production and scalable manufacturing if successful.
